How Low Back Pain Training Works
Initially in our Personal Training Studio in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, an initial FREE consultation will be offered by one of our trainers to get to understand you and your experience with pain. Following on from this, a specific assessment will eb carried out to know exactly what you can and can't do before a carefully design programme will be assigned and you can start to exercise and live pain free, on a journey to overcoming your pain.

Creating pain free movement enables us to thrive. Whether that be day-to-day activities, playing with kids or grandchildren, or simply being able to take part in the sports you love to play. Keeping your joints, bones and especially the lower back healthy is imperative to remaining robust, strong and resilient to be able to keep doing the things you love for longer.
