Katie Allen - Sports Nutritionist

Katie is a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) & Sport & Exercise Nutritionist (SENr) with a passion for empowering individuals to take control of their diet & experience the incredible benefits of good nutrition.

She has an extensive education, including a Master's Degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition & a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, she is more than equipped with the knowledge & expertise to guide you towards a healthier and happier lifestyle.
