About the Event
2-hour Female Talk
As part of our 2-hour talk, we'll cover all aspects of the female body and how menopause affects your mental and physical wellbeing. Our guest speaker will discuss how your hormones play a vital role in your sleep, motivation and metabolism plus how to fuel your body and how to train effectively and safely during this pivotal stage in life.
Free Coffee & Cake
It goes without saying that there will be an abundance of fresh coffee, cakes and other refreshments available for free, throughout the entire event!
30min Workout
After our talk, a member of the team will take you through a workout that will leave you feeling refreshed and motivated to maintain your fitness journey. The workout will be suitable for all levels of fitness and ability and we'll be able to adapt any part of the workout to suit your specific needs.

Consultant Gynaecologist
Anne has over 35 years of experience as a Gynaecologist, specialising in all aspects of women’s health with a special interest in all aspects of menopause.
She provides high-quality health information across the spectrum, to patients, healthcare practitioners, mainstream and social media and also to the legal profession.
